Lokman Sboui is an Assistant Professor in the Department of System Engineering at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montréal, Canada. Dr. Sboui holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur degree with Honors from the Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie, an MSc from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and a PhD from the same institution. Prior to this role, he worked as a Mobile Certification Analyst at Vidéotron, a Canadian telecom operator, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering at ÉTS . His research interests include the Internet of Things, 4G/5G/B5G networks, automation, cognitive radio systems, energy-efficient wireless communications, and VoIP protocols. He has co-authored over 35 journals and conference papers, and has completed projects with industrial partners in Canada, the US, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia.
