Dr. Abdelmoaty received his Ph.D. from the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), Université du Québec, Canada, in 2022. Since then, he has held multiple prestigious postdoctoral positions at leading institutions, including Carleton University, ÉTS, and Concordia University, where he advanced cutting-edge research in communications and network systems. An active contributor to the global research community, Dr. Abdelmoaty serves as a reviewer for top-tier journals and conferences, including IEEE Access, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE VTC, IEEE ICC, Results in Engineering, and more. He has also been recognized as a Track Chair for flagship IEEE conferences such as IEEE ICC and IEEE PIMRC, highlighting his expertise and leadership in the field. Currently, Dr. Abdelmoaty is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Systems Engineering at ÉTS, where he continues to push the boundaries of innovation. His research spans wireless communications, network architecture and optimization, machine learning for networking, and intelligent control systems, with a vision to shape the next generation of smart, connected, and autonomous systems
