Carrefour Sherbrooke (475 Sherbrooke Street West): 50 single/double rooms : Residence, Hotel like rooms

This rate will be offered 3 days before and 3 day following the agreed room block listed above

TAXES

All guest room rates are subject to GST and PST rates in effect at the time of the event. Presently, such

taxes are 5% GST and 9.5% PST.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

RESERVATION METHOD:

Reservations will be made by individuals contacting New Residence Hall directly and referring to the group name ISSPA 2012. McGill University-Accommodations and Conference Services agree to hold the full block of guestrooms until June 1, 2012. Guest will be individually responsible for payment of their room, taxes and incidental charges. Reservations can be made by:

ROOM BLOCK

The room block will be held up to 30 days prior to arrival. Individual reservations must be made by June 1, 2012; any blocked rooms remaining unreserved at the cut-off date shall be released for resale and delegate reservations accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis subject to room and rate availability.
